Ahead of Product is an immersive, personal, and highly practical way to learn leadership skills. Our cohort-based approach is based on the Complexities Framework – a leadership framework we’ve built to help emerging product leaders level up their careers.

Ahead of Product program for becoming a great product leader was exactly what I needed to build up my self-confidence in this fun and challenging career path. I learned so much from my cohort peers—their insights, experiences, wisdom, the questions they asked me to challenge my paradigm, and the situations they’re currently navigating. It’s empowering to have a close-knit community whose collective knowledge you can draw from during formal sessions and informally (and asynchronously) via Slack!

Ahead of Product is not group therapy nor is it one-on-one coaching. It is a group of high-achievers, a living system that makes everyone stronger and more successful with time. We are here to learn by doing and creating an impact in the organization you already work for. Expect to pick a high-impact initiative and lead it during the 6 weeks together.

Ahead of Product: From IC to Product Leader

Unlike other career paths resembling a traditional ladder, the product management career path is not as straightforward; instead, it is full of nuances many of us are unfamiliar with until it is too late.

With this career program tailored to Senior Product Managers, we combine the best of all the worlds: a structured yet flexible curriculum based on years of practical knowledge and experience, a dedicated group of passionate achievers just like you are who will act as a personal board of directors by supporting, challenging, and helping you reflect on your blind spots and move beyond constraints, and experienced product practitioners – coaches who facilitate and guide discussions during our sessions together.

This 6-week leadership program is for you if you are

  • Preparing to transition to product & people leadership and need guidance
  • Looking for a game plan on how to successfully step into a new role
  • Willing to roll the sleeves and do the work to finally level up
