As a Product Coach and Design Thinking Facilitator, I thrive the most working with individual leaders who are looking to develop a sustainable human-centered product practice and make their teams more aligned and effective. I make the biggest impact working with groups where everyone appears to be stuck, spread across a meeting room with team members pushing different agendas, lacking a shared understanding, and faced with multiple unknowns. The ability to read a room, effectively guide a team of people through the design thinking framework, actively adapt to the environment, and facilitate discussions to bring everyone to decisions faster are some of my superpowers. My goal is to empower and equip you and your team with these techniques so that you can apply design thinking on your own.
What is Design Thinking? If it is so useful, why is not everyone using it? Why do I need another framework, another process? Can it work in my organization? We don’t have a design team, can we still leverage Design Thinking? What are some examples of the framework?
In this interactive workshop, we’ll move beyond the theory: there won’t be any lectures, monologues, or presentations. The best way to experience a transformational potential of Design Thinking is by rolling the sleeves and using it. You’ll bring your problems, and together with your team, we’ll embark on a journey that answers all your questions about the framework and solve the problem along the way.Schedule Your Workshop
The Design Sprint serves as a powerful example of introducing constraints in a creative process, allocating time for intentional focus, and arriving at effective collaboration by encouraging objective dialogues that uncover invaluable insights. The real beauty of the framework is it works every time and it is easy to implement.
While multiple agencies and shops offer Design Sprint-as-a-Service, their approach might not always be personal. By working with me, you only deal with one person: no project managers, no broken phones, no overhead fees. Moreover, by playing at the intersection of the Product Management and Design Thinking, I understand the challenges of modern product, design, and engineering teams. While staying objective, unbiased, and open-minded, I steer your team in the best possible direction as we are building a parachute (and a plane!) together.Let's Sprint! Contact Me to set it up
Building meaningful products and services requires a deep understanding of your users’ experiences and pain points. The best approach to visualize how customers are interacting with your solution is to re-create their journey. This is an exercise in empathy that allows a team to see what is usually hidden.
In this interactive workshop, together with your stakeholders, we’ll bring all the user personas that experience your product or service – your story heroes – to life. Using collective knowledge and wisdom, we’ll take these heroes on a journey to learn more about their pain points, successes and ultimate goals so that your team can craft solutions that smooth these frictions, address the needs and delight the users along the way.Request Now
Successful product teams have a vision that inspires, aligns and guides them when the rough waters hit a product boat. They have the “Why” that fuels a product strategy and roadmap, creates focus, and allows a Product Manager to vet all the requests and features that come their way against the vision.
In this half-day workshop, we’ll revisit a forgotten Product Management tool – Product Vision – to define why your team is doing all that work in the first place. Together we’ll craft a compelling, concise and audacious vision that is the essence of your product, the Northstar that will guide your teams and capture everyone’s imagination and efforts for several years.Let's Find Your North Star
The best product development teams become self-sufficient and self-correcting over time. They learn new techniques and adapt frameworks that improve their processes and help them build better products. These teams don’t need micro-managing, but they do require occasional intervention that gets them exposed to new tools of the trade.
In this workshop, I’ll work with your team leaders to equip them with Design Thinking techniques they can start applying right away to solve problems, uncover non-obvious customer needs and untapped market opportunities, and create meaningful products and services that leave your users delighted and development team inspired. My goal is to empower your Product Managers and Designers to use frameworks that suit the best for your organization.Request Now
